Music and Sound Production
Sound production is very important to me and I stay up-to-date with the latest equipment. It helps me to capture the thoughts and ideas of the client at key stages of development and to deliver precisely what is needed within the given time frame. Here, in my opinon, is the very best.
Native Instruments Komplete and Kore 2 controller
I use Komplete and Kore 2 controller to produce cutting-edge sounds including synthesizers, drums, soundscapes and sound effects. I really like the morphing pad as I can create many unique, unusual and sometimes weird and wonderful transitions. The browser enables me to find, play and tweak sounds easily and quickly. Komplete is great, especially when I’m working on a Sci-Fi project.
Vienna Symphonic Library
VSL gives me a very wide pallet of orchestral sounds from solo instruments to large orchestral ensembles and provides authentic sound results for all kinds of orchestrations. Played by renowned musicians, international soloists and members of Viennese orchestras, this rich and detailed collection provides me with the tools to create lifelike scores.
I also work an array of classic synths and other plug-ins, including vintage instruments, acoustic and electronic drums.
Gordon has worked with me on many of my productions. He is an experienced and extremely gifted engineer, producer and music editor, who always brings the very best out of my music.
His all-round knowledge of music production has given me the advantage to concentrate more on composition, orchestration and arrangement without worrying too much about the important technical aspects of production. He is also very musical and understands the whole process of bringing to life a score from concept to screen.
